Jorge's recruitment expertise includes - Senior Management, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Compensation Consulting and Finance. In addition to his extensive professional recruitment experience, Jorge has a background in Corporate Compensation, general Human Resources and Diversity.

Holly Powell
Senior Vice President,

Holly has more than fifteen years experience in Executive Search and Corporate Human Resources. She has directed, managed and executed senior level searches across multiple business functions and diverse industries including consumer packaged goods, health & beauty, financial services, retail and technology for high profile companies such as Bliss Spas, Coca-Cola, GE Money, Fiserv, Limited Brands, Proctor & Gamble, Revlon, and Standard & Poor’s and Sun Microsystems.

Holly began her career at Nordstrom and Miller Brewing Company where she developed a strong business foundation and a commitment to delivering solutions that drive tangible business results.  This experience and her belief that “An Organization’s Most Important Asset is its Talent” inspired her to segue into executive search and ultimately return to the corporate world in senior strategic HR, staffing and talent acquisition roles for Fortune 500 companies.  Holly’s functional expertise includes HR Generalist & Business Partner, OD & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition & Staffing.

Holly’s excellent relationship building skills and her understanding of the impact that strategic HR has on a client’s bottom line have established her reputation for integrity and results in delivering value to her clients.

Scott Mirmina
Vice President
Sales & Marketing Practice Leader

Scott joined the Talent Asset Group (TAG) after a twenty year career in corporate America with such notable Fortune 500 companies as Citicorp, Black & Decker and Schick. Throughout his career Scott has served as a key strategic business partner and developed a solid understanding of the critical financial, operational and human resource issues which companies face on a daily basis.

Most recently, Scott was the Human Resource Manager for an $800 million Sales & Marketing division of a major global manufacturer. He also worked for Robert Half International as a Staffing Executive within their professional recruitment division. This unique combination of H/R, recruiting and operational experience has allowed Scott to understand the needs of his clients and become an immediate impact player in the recruitment industry.

Scott lives in North Haven, Connecticut with his wife Zina and three children (Austin, Graham and Jackson).
