9 Step Process

1.  Consult with client to identify job parameters, speak to hiring manager and establish a candidate profile.

2.  Conduct research on market, industry, competitors, etc.

3.  Develop recruitment & search strategy – candidate sources, leads, networks

4.   Source & Identify and effectively screen candidates

5.   Develop slate of qualified candidates – focus on presenting a diverse candidate slate

6.   Present candidates to client

  • Client is presented with a complete picture of the candidate’s background, motivation and compensation expectations.

  • All resumes are reformatted to a universal TAG format.  Our format provides an easy to read resume that clearly outlines the candidate’s work experiences and achievements.

  • Prepare candidate for client interview – provide candidate with a complete picture of company culture, company history and position requirements / expectations

7.     Participate in candidate evaluation

  • Professionally communicate back to candidate results of client interview

8.    Assist in the preparation and communication of offer

9.   Follow up on performance of candidate
